GROCERY SHOPS
At Jahorina one may buy basic groceries in shops located in the lobby of hotel Lavina and in shops between hotels Jahorina and Bistrica. Both locations are approximately 200 meters away from Sema.
In case that you are passing through Sarajevo on your way to Jahorina, you may get the supplies at several shopping malls. At the very entrance to Sarajevo from the direction of Vogosca on the left hand side there is a shopping centre SAM SHOP. It is directly opposite to the city cemetery "Bare" and a fuel station OMV.
In case that you are entering Sarajevo from the direction of Mostar or via Stup you may get your supplies at MERCATOR, Lozionicka Street No. 16, WISA/VF, Bacici Street . You may also find a number of other shopping malls in the vicinity of MERCATOR such are INTEREX or VF-Koreja.
In case you are not passing through Sarajevo you may get your groceries in Pale, shopping center TOM, Milana Simovića bb.
FUEL
There are no fuel stations at Jahorina so we recommend that you refuel in Sarajevo or in Pale.
PARKING
During Winter the entrance to ski centre Jahorina is under police surveillance 24 hours a day. You may park your vehicle in front of hotel Jahorina, approx. 150m from Sema. In Summer you may access Sema by car.

Do not leave any items inside your vehicle or ski equipment on the gallery. If possible, remove the radio/CD player from your vehicle.
When in Sarajevo, try to park at chargeable parking places under surveillance such as parking places in Mula Mustafe Baseskije Street across from city market, Branilaca grada (underground), Obala Kulina Bana (underground), parking place across from Vijecnica (Old Library) … You should not leave any items in your vehicle or ski equipment on the gallery at these parking places either. If possible, remove the radio/CD player from your vehicle Police phone number is 122.
BANK
Nova Banjalučka banka (New Banja Luka Bank) has a branch office at Jahorina which offers all sorts of banking services. The branch office is open 20 Dec 2006 - 10 March 2007 . You may get all additional information on this at phone number of the branch office in Pale: 057/ 22 58 89
There is a cash machine at hotel Bistrica.
POST
You may find a post office inside the shop between hotels Jahorina and Bistrica. Work hours are 08 – 15 every day. There are information boots at hotels Bistrica, Lavina and Kosuta.

In the entire BiH and, automatically, also at Jahorina there are three mobile phone operators: BH mobile www.bhtelecom.ba , Mobis www.065mobis.com and Eronet www.eronet.ba .
Mobis has a somewhat more solid network connection than the others.
RESTAURANTS
Based on guests' and our own experience we may easily recommend the following restaurants: Koliba, Rajska vrata, Lavina, Ogorjelica, Ognjište...
NOTICE : It is not possible to pay by credit card in most restaurants and cafés. Majority of them will accept EUR at rate 1:2.
SKI RENTAL, SKI SCHOOL
Amongst numerous offers for renting ski equipment we can easily recommend ski-rental Lavina and the ski-school Lavina.
Guests staying at Sema are entitled to a 15% discount for services provided by ski-rental and ski-school Lavina.
