Prices are calculated on basis of a payment for six people. |
Guests are obligated to leave the apartments by 10:00 (10:00AM).
Guests cannot enter in the apartments not before 14:00 (2:00PM). |
Residence tax is not included in the price of rental. It is 1.1/day for persons older than 12 years. |
The tax is collected on the spot, by people authorised by the Tourist Bureau. |
Booking is confirmed with an advance of 20% of the total amount.
For the period 31.12 - 07.01 booking is confirmed with an advance of 50% of the total amount.
The rest of the sum is being paid upon arrival to the apartments. |
Apartments are accomodated with all the necessary furtniture and appliances.
Hard fuel (wood and coal) to be used for heaters is included in the price. |
No pets allowed. |
All damages caused by negligence, will be compensated by guests. |
